Environmental Monitoring

Data collecting process; study and continuous and systematic follow-up of the environmental; social; economical and institutional variables; identification and quanti – qualitative assessment of the natural resources conditions at a determined moment, as well as the evaluation of tendencies throughout the time (temporal variations). The environmental monitoring provides information about factors which influence in the state of conservation, preservation, degradations and environmental recovery. Such study will be held by the Spacial Research Institute – INPE
