Four floors building with a total area of eight thousand square meters and investments of about R$30 million. It has 30 rooms for rent that vary from 70 to 150m², co-working space and 6 advanced research and development (R&D) laboratories: Center for the Valorization of Bioactive Compounds of the Amazon (CVACBA); Laboratory of Biological Engineering(EngeBio); Laboratory of Vegetable Oils and Derivatives; Sensors and Embedded Systems Laboratory (UFPA); Reference Laboratory in Phitosanity and Handling; and Laboratory for Instrumentation of Agroindustrial Products (Agroind).
Focused in small and medium enterprises. In order to get installed, the companies must comply with the requirements set forth in Notice nº 002/2017 – FCTG.
BUSINESS INCUBATOR
Four floors building focused at micro and small businesses with a technologic basis. It will have 48 modules that vary from 34 to 85m². Estimated finish: 2017, first semester.
